Whether you're a classic sweetheart, a sassy cherry bomb, or a fresh-faced newbie to the pin-up world, we invite you to sashay into spring with “Pin-Ups & Picnics,” a charmingly retro contest that’s all about easy breezy glam and good vibes.

    This isn’t a high-pressure pageant—this is a celebration of style, self-expression, and community with a gingham twist. Picture daisy earrings, polka dots, sundresses, basket purses, and juicy red lips under Alberta sunshine. All identities and experience levels are welcome, because vintage looks good on everyone.

    The Queen of the Badlands Pin-Up Contest is back and bolder than ever—taking over Boogie in the Badlands in Drumheller this May 23–25, 2025!

    💋 This isn’t just a competition—it’s a celebration of vintage style, empowered women, and fierce community pride with a side of cherry-red lipstick.

    👑 The Contest:
    Whether you’re a pin-up pro or a sparkle-loving sweetheart, this is your chance to strut your stuff in front of a crowd that gets it. Confidence, charisma, and classic glamour are the name of the game—paired with a whole lotta heart.

    But wait, there's more!
    We’re bringing back the coveted Miss Gracious Title and Crown from our 2020 Rides for Relief glory days. This extra-special honour goes to the pin-up who raises the most funds for Colton’s Place, Drumheller’s emergency domestic violence shelter. (Fundraising is optional but totally encouraged—because doing good in heels is so in season.)
