I grant permission to True North Pin Up Magazine (owned and operated by Keri Looijen) to use these images submitted in any of its publications, including their website magazine, Internet postings, and any other lawful purposes to exclude porn and any other illegal activities.
I verify by signing this form that have the right to publish the people in the photos and I own the rights to have these photos distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by True North Pin Up Magazine as they see fit for their publication.
1. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the aforementioned use of the photographs now or in the future.
2. I understand that at no time will I be paid, reimbursed, compensated, or given royalties now or at any point in the future by True North Pin Up Magazine. I hereby authorize True North Pin Up Magazine to copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos to publicize or promote True North Pin Up Magazine in their publication or other media for lawful purposes.
3. There is a chance that "extra" information provided on the application may not be published-this includes social media information Photographer's studio/name will always be credited.
4. The model "stage name" and photography studio name provided in the application correspondence is what will be published. If this information is incorrect, it will not be corrected after publication-please be sure it is correct!
5. The photographs used in each publication layout will not be chosen right away, therefore, the model and/or photographer will not know which ones will be used before publication. If you do not want certain photographs published for whatever reason, please do not submit them.
6. The submitted photographs will be used in the magazine and may also be used for magazine promotion including but not limited to social media posting, e-mail list blasts, magazine-related merchandise such as stickers and posters, etc.
7. Copyrights for all photographs submitted will continue to be held by the respecting parties, not by True North Pin Up Magazine.

10. True North Pin Up Magazine is only seeking usage rights. Full copyright ownership will remain with the original copyright owner.
