WORLD OF WHEELS
PIN UP CONTESTANT SURVIVAL GUIDE
Welcome to your weekend, doll.
This isn’t just a show – it’s a full experience, and you’re part of what makes it magic.
Here’s everything you need to know to feel prepared, confident, and completely in your element.
Quick FAQs
✨ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
1
Let’s set you up for success before the heels even hit the floor:
Arrive on time or early, this schedule moves fast
Come fully ready or 90% ready (hair + makeup mostly done)
Wear something easy to change in and out of
Eat something before you arrive (hangry pin ups are not a vibe)
👗 WHAT TO BRING (YOUR SURVIVAL KIT)
2
Trust me on this one:
Snacks (real food, not just vibes)
Water
Flat shoes with cushion (your feet will file a complaint otherwise)
Touch-up kit (lipstick, powder, lashes, glue, etc.)
Backup items (tights, accessories, bandaids, safety pins)
Deodorant/perfume (you’re human, it’s a long weekend)
💄 HAIR, MAKEUP & LOOKS
3
You are responsible for your own hair + makeup
Backstage is for touch-ups, not full glam sessions
Be mindful of time, space, and other contestants
👉 Pro tip: Do a full test run before the weekend so there are no surprises
📍 WHERE TO GO
4
Pick up your passes at Will Call
Head to the Pin-Up Booth or Backstage for check-in
If you’re lost – find the booth or message me
The booth is located in Hall F – look for the giant pin up banner hanging from the roof
👉 Do not wander in heels looking confused. We will find you, but let’s not make it dramatic 😘
📸 PHOTOGRAPHY FLOW (READ THIS CAREFULLY)
5
We run a structured system so everyone gets fair, beautiful content.
Official photographer has priority during scheduled portrait times
Approved photographers may shoot during designated windows only
No pulling photographers aside during scheduled rotations
No interrupting or blocking other contestants’ time
👉 Respect the system = everyone wins
🚫 IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES
6
No photography backstage (dressing room) unless explicitly allowed
Do not leave personal items at the booth
Dressing room is available, but items are left at your own risk
Respect each other — no gossip, no drama, no mean girl energy
We are building something better here. Protect that.
⏰ DOWNTIME (YES, YOU’RE ALLOWED TO CHILL)
7
If you’re not scheduled, you are free to:
Rest
Eat
Change
Visit the show floor
Hang out at the booth
👉 You do NOT need to be “on” every second
🔋 ENERGY MANAGEMENT (THIS IS YOUR SECRET WEAPON)
8
This is a full weekend — not a sprint.
Pace yourself
Use your breaks (especially Saturday afternoon)
Sit down when you can
Drink water (again… I will say it forever)
👉 Saturday night is your moment. Protect your energy for it.
💃 HOW TO STAND OUT (WITHOUT TRYING TOO HARD)
9
This is what actually makes an impact:
Make eye contact
Smile and engage with people
Be warm, approachable, and confident
Support the other contestants
👉 Confidence isn’t perfection — it’s presence
🎤 STAGE MOMENT
10
When you hit that stage:
Slow down
Breathe
Own your space
Have fun with it
👉 We are not looking for robots. We are looking for you.
🏁 AFTER THE SHOW
11
Stay for wrap-up moments, photos, and connection
Celebrate each other
Soak it all in — you just did something big
Join us for the Official After Party at the Hitmen’s Bar in the Cowboys Casino (next door)
✨ HOW TO HAVE THE BEST WEEKEND POSSIBLE
12
Let’s keep this simple:
Be early
Be kind
Be flexible
Be present
Be a little delusional about how hot you are
(Trust me on that last one.)
You already did the hardest part – you said yes to showing up.
This weekend isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being brave, visible, and fully in your power.
And I promise you – that’s where the magic happens.
Now go break some hearts (respectfully). 💄✨
